How common is gluten-intolerance and Celiac disease??
Dietary intolerance to gluten and the incidence of Celiac Disease and other digestive disorders associated with wheat products is pervasive.  Many also have problems with barley, rye and oats.  However, it has only recently entered the national spotlight. In fact, 1 out of every 30 people is gluten intolerant and 1 out of every 133 people has Celiac disease.

What do you use instead of wheat flour in your baked goods?
Screamin' Good products are free of all wheat, barley, rye and oats, using instead alternative flours and other ingredients that are gluten-free. You've probably heard that Coca-Cola keeps their secret formula and processes tightly guarded. So do we! Lots of people have asked us to reveal how we do it, but it HAS to remain a company secret. After all, that's what allows us to have an advantage in the marketplace.

Do your products contain preservatives or additives?
No, our products do not contain preservatives or additives. They are also free of hydrogenated oils, making all of our products trans-fat free. Our cupcakes are bursting with flavor. We use whole fruits in our fruit flavor cupcakes and pure natural cocoa in our chocolate flavors.

Are your products made in a dedicated gluten-free facility?
Yes! We are proud to say our bakery is 100% Gluten-Free! Some folks ask if our we use tree nuts or peanuts in our facility, and the answer yes.

Do you have a store-front?
No.  We are a direct-order bakery and operate from a special kitchen on our rural property.  However, if you are in the area (ie. coming to Upstate South Carolina) and you want to stop by for a visit or for a pickup, please give us a call (a day or two in advance if possible) and we'll try to accomodate you.

How to you store and ship your products?
We have a special process that allows us to chill or freeze all the products we ship. When they arrive at your home, they will taste just as fresh as when we made them.

Will you ship anywhere?
We routinely ship anywhere in the United States and Canada.  However, if you are outside that zone, we can often still serve you. You'll probably just have to pay some higher shipping charges to speed delivery. Most deliveries arrive in 1-2 days.  

What is the shelf life of your products?
Our baked goods can stay fresh for up to one week without refrigeration. However for optimal freshness, refrigeration or freezing is recommended upon delivery of the products. Based on experience, most of our goodies don't hang around long enough to worry about!

Do you take credit cards?
Yes! We take all major credit cards on this web site.  For monthly subscriptions, you must create a PayPal account for security purposes.
